The Red Lancers
We are pleased to announce that you can now place your orders with The Red Lancers using our new online shopping cart. Getting the latest miniatures, kits, and paints from us is now easier than ever before.
Before shopping at The Red Lancers, you must create your own unique Red Lancers web site login identity. You may create your login ID by clicking on the Login link from the main page (you can also click here).
To create the login, enter in your login name, password, and your email address. You can modify your login information from the Your Profile link on the main page.
Your login will expire after 30 minutes of inactivity or once you leave the Red Lancers Website. For your convenience, we keep track of your pending selections for an entire month after the last modification to your order.
Once you are logged in, you are ready to go shopping!
To select an item to add to your shopping cart, simply click on the link for that item that says "Add to Order."
A new page will automatically be displayed showing how many of each item you have in your cart. You can adjust the quantity of each item ordered on this page, as well as tell us if you want us to back order any of your selections should they not currently be in stock.
When you have completed making your selections, follow the instructions on that page to enter in your shipping address, billing address and credit card information*.
Once you verify that all the information about your purchase is correct, your order will be placed.
Your order is transmitted to us over a digitally secure line, and in most cases, your order will ship within 3 days. There will be times however when the The Red Lancers staff will be away at a convention or show, in this case your order will be processed upon their return. Check the Store News link from the main page to see what The Red Lancers staff schedule is at the time you place your order.
* Privacy Statement
The Red Lancers will keep a record of it's customer's shipping and billing
address information, but will not sell, trade or otherwise disseminate your
personal information to any other agency, except when withholding that
information conflicts with local, state or federal law.
